The resort was beautiful. Very big. They were slow on restocking some items, mostly our coffee. It was a long walk to the lobby. Our room was very big with a hot tub on a nice back deck. Some of the restaurant’s food was not so good. The French one and the seafood one were both gross. The Italian and the Japanese were awesome! The shows were good. The resort was clean and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this resort.

Just wanted to thank you for the great job you did in recommending and booking the Royalton Bavaro Punta Cana to me and my family for our winter getaway. You helped us find it, and made some very good recommendations such as the Diamond Club which made the trip much nicer. Booking the trip was easy, you took care of all the details, and sent follow up emails before our trip as well.
The resort was wonderful, with great beaches, the service was good and we enjoyed the daily activities. Travel to and from the airport was easy and efficient, included with our package. The room was very clean, daily service was great.
